ML Healthcare Partners GmbH was founded in 2015, actively operating in the healthcare sector and building its presence in the regional and global medical supplies sector and healthcare service consulting. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company’s focus has been on further strengthening supply chains, procurement capabilities across an array of high quality and in-demand products and services, and securing long-term partnerships with renowned institutions in the industry. ML Healthcare Partners GmbH has a significant reach with manufacturers and validated production facilities around the world and strives to keep up with the rapidly changing business environment. It takes pride in providing solutions with quality products and services for medical supplies and is known for delivering premium quality globally. The company is led by CEO Lars Sonck and complemented by a team of professionals and relationships spanning across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

In its evolution to play a global role in the medical supplies business, ML Healthcare Partners has welcomed Gawah Holdings Inc. as a significant and strategic equity shareholder. Gawah is an investment holding company with interests across a diversified group of operating companies, global businesses, partnerships, and joint ventures in multiple industries including cloud computing, healthcare, and the digital infrastructure space, all complemented by a number of alliances enabling value creation opportunities, including a general partnership in funds. This is a natural extension of its historic knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector through its co-founder and Deputy Vice-Chairman, Suhail Al Ansari, who led a large signed healthcare platform for a large sovereign investment company and created multiple relationships across the globe.

We have a strong sourcing team in Asia and have contracts in place with factories that supply our clients and us directly. We are always in direct contact with the manufacturer in all matters with no intermediaries involved. With our local teams overlooking the production lines, we have guaranteed quality control, delivery schedules, and constant follow-up on orders and production lead times to provide the best solutions for our clients. Lars sonck - CEO
Lars Sonck has extensive experience in the global supply chain business of goods, products, and services. He brings experience from multiple industries spanning from trading and finance across hospitality, F&B, entertainment, and information technology to healthcare. With an entrepreneurial background and leadership experience in managing teams across multiple geographies, Lars leads ML Healthcare Partners on day-to-day basis as an active partner, and is a member of the wider Gawah Holding Inc. family and leadership team.
suhail al ansari
Suhail is the co-founder and Deputy Vice Chairman of Gawah Holdings Inc., holding interests in operating companies, JVs and alliances in multiple sectors, including technology and healthcare, across the globe. He is a partner and general partner in multiple funds and companies, and has held numerous board positions across a variety of renowned companies. He is also a Board Advisor at UKCloud Ltd. He formerly led a large healthcare business in one of the largest sovereign investment companies in the world, responsible for a $5b portfolio, with board memberships at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Centre, Viceroy Hotels Group and Agility Abu Dhabi.
Suhail’s vast experience in the healthcare industry, along with global relationships with institutions and government bodies provides leadership to ML Healthcare Partners and oversight from a shareholder level.
